On November 22, 2024, the 32nd meeting of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Review Committee approved the initial public offering (IPO) of Shengke Nanotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. On March 25, the equity investment project Shengke Nanotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688757), jointly participated by Topward Holdings Group, successfully listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The Topwood Chip Inspection Industrial Park is one of the key projects introduced by Qingdao Sino-German Ecological Park in 2024. With a planned total investment of 500 million yuan, upon completion, it will become the first high-tech park in China specializing in semiconductor inspection and analysis.
