Topwood was founded in 2012 and its headquarters is located in Qingdao, China. It has branches in several cities in China, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing. It also has overseas offices in Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Morocco. 

Topwood has carried out business development and ecological layout centered on supply chain services in industries such as "technology investment and operation, exhibition and event planning and service, cross-border e-commerce and consumer brand operation, import and export trade of automobiles and related products, and international logistics". 

Topwood is actively enhancing its logistics capabilities, financial capabilities and business capabilities to continuously improve its cross-border comprehensive service capabilities. It is deeply engaged in the supply chain panoramic services of specific industries through a continuously iterative digital information system. 

Topwood also has two subsidiaries: "Taopi Technology", a wholly-owned brand engaged in cross-border e-commerce supply chain brand operation, and "Topde Shen", a joint venture brand mainly providing supply chain services for semiconductors, new energy, and automobiles.
